We are the Phandom Black List, a group of people ( we are really only two people at this point in time ) that really dislike reposters because it is unfair to the original poster, seeing as their work that they put up onto the interwebs for free was stolen.
We track down reposters and ask them to take down reposted works when reports are sent our way. Failing to do so results in their username being on the blacklist alongside the stolen post and original post. The same course of action will also follow through when we spot reposts that have not been sent to us via report.
We’ve seen more reposts that we can count and it angers us that people steal content and claim it as their own, even when the original creators specifically tell them NOT to repost. The idea of having a Phandom Black List suddenly struck as a brilliant idea and that was how this blog was created.

We are not too sure but the number is tentative at 3-4.
Criteria
Willing to spend time tracking down blogs and double checking if information sent in is correct.
Able to be online for at least 4-5 days a week.
Contactable outside of Tumblr. ( E.g: Skype, Email ect )
Alright with working alongside me and Alice ( literally a must )

Contacting people via ask
Looking through sent in cases and filling up
Negotiating with people who may be rather salty about the fact that their repost is wrong.
Answering questions from the general public
Posting updates on the blog.
Time zones
We are looking for people whose time zones are different from ours ( we are in GMT +8 ) so that we at least have someone active on the blog while the others are asleep/busy but don’t worry if your time zones are similar to ours! Feel free to apply!

Also as we have received quite a lot of questions regarding what a username is and what is the difference between a username and a URL, I thought that I should address this here.
Take the phandomblacklist for example. Our username is phandomblacklist while the URL is http://phandomblacklist.co.vu.

Lol I’m on a blacklist for the phandom xD
What does this even mean? I’m literally new to tumblr like come on.
And why is there a blacklist? Like grow up. We should be able to post what we want. We all love Dan and Phil people
the blacklist is used to call out people who pass other peoples work off as their own, gifs, art, posts… maybe as you’re new you don’t realise you need to credit people if you use them :)
